Rev. David Morland was born in 1949 and has been happily married to Anne since 1970.  They have two married daughters and three granddaughters.

Before becoming a pastor David worked as an electrician.  During the late 1970s David studied theology at both the Bible College of South Australia and the Baptist Theological College of South Australia.  He has pastored Baptist Churches in South Australia and Melbourne.  David commenced as the pastor of the Beaconsfield Church at the beginning of 2001.

His interests, outside of the church, include walking, Civic issues (member of the Beaconsfield Progress Association), Denominational issues (Chair BUV Advisory Board) and exploring coffee shops with Anne.
